Payment and Transactions
Gateway Virtual operates on a subscription model, with an initial setup fee and monthly charges based on chosen phone minute packages. Payments are processed via Gateway Virtual’s secure payment gateway. Invoices are issued 10 days before the due date, with a 10-day grace period to avoid late fees, followed by an additional 5 days before service interruption for non-payment.
Content Ownership and User-Generated Content
Gateway Virtual maintains full ownership of the AI system they provide, ensuring that all proprietary algorithms and technologies remain under their control. In contrast, users are granted full ownership of any data generated through the use of this AI system.
